As you know through the recent Texas Targeted Opioid Response (TTOR) funding, Operation Naloxone and the Texas Overdose Naloxone Initiative have been scheduling Overdose Prevention and Naloxone training across the state. We are excited about this opportunity and are even more excited that we can help provide access to Naloxone/Narcan. We have currently scheduled training in Amarillo, San Antonio, Lufkin, Beaumont, and Waco. We are currently working on El Paso, Tyler, and Longview with Dallas, Ft.Worth, College Station and Houston on our radar.
With your help, we can get the word out about scheduled and upcoming training.

The Texas Overdose and Naloxone Initiative was founded in December of 2013 by Mark Kinzly and Charles Thibodeaux.
“Our friends were dying out there and we couldn’t just sit back and wait for something to happen.” – Mark Kinzly
Mark and Charles’ efforts have served to educate organizations and communities not just in Austin but across the state of Texas. TONI is dedicated to educating the public about overdose prevention and community support for the state of Texas and making life-saving medication more available to the opioid using population. As a result of these efforts, there have been over 600 overdose reversals since 2013. TONI has distributed over 5 Million dollars worth of medication across the state of Texas.
